Why is Trailhead Effective?

Trailhead is effective because of its gamification approach to learning, Gamification is a trendy term, but it’s really just teaching and training using game mechanics.

Traditional classroom training can be boring and difficult to retain new information. At work, employees are often expected to know specific things without being taught in detail how they should go about it.

Adding game mechanics keeps people engaged by making something fun, easy, or at least less intimidating.

It also allows users to learn at their own time and pace, With Trailhead, there are no set times for quizzes or tests, so you can take your time with each module as you see fit.

The platform adapts to your needs as well; if you need more help with one topic than another, you have that option too!

What is Trailblazer Community?

Trailblazer Community is a new place for developers, admins, and all levels of IT pros to get connected with each other and share tips, tools, and best practices.

Here’s how it works: Every week we will feature a member of our community and tell their story.

What do they do? How did they get started? Their answers will help you learn more about what it takes to be successful in your role.

We’ll also answer questions from members of our community so that everyone can benefit from each other’s knowledge.

Plus, every week we will spotlight a tool or resource that helps members do their jobs better. We hope these posts give you ideas on what apps to try out or what skills to learn next!
